It all started during a vacation with his family to Singapore, where the buzz and excitement of the Hotel Industry found him completely enraptured and enthralled. The innovation and creativity that chefs brought to every dish they prepared got him thinking and slowly but surely the dream of becoming a pilot began to recede.
Chef Sahil was in awe of how the chefs ‘made the foods come to life’ and wanted to learn the nuances of cooking and implement this creativity into his own cooking.
